The staff were incredibly attentive, catering to our family's needs during our stay with two babies. We loved the convenience of viewing wildlife from our room window and found the pool area to be a hit with the kids, providing plenty of enjoyment.

My children wished there were more options for baby-friendly facilities.

The room was pretty comfy, just a bit dated. The bed was nice and cozy, but the pillows were not my favorite. It was clean, which is always a plus. The bathroom could use some TLC, especially in terms of cleaning. Overall, decent for a night’s stay and had the basics covered.
